Refund policy

Our items are made especially for you! So we ask that you make sure to measure your pets neck or current collar in order to get a proper fit.

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and we are always willing to work with our customers. The Pups always right!! We want to ensure you have the perfect collar for your best friend!

If you do need to exchange an item for a different size please just let us know and we will do an exchange for you but the collar must be returned in unused condition. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and forth.
